It is not news that the LA Times does not have a
lot of credibility amoung LA's non-white working
class. This past round of layoff won't help
I'm sure
A couple of weeks ago 4 of my former co-workers were laid off. One white female, one white male, one Jewish male and one Latino male. Funny how diversity is considered when cutting the staff. In the last couple of years 4 Latino photo department staff members have been shown the door leaving no Latino photo editors and only two Latino shooters. |

"Me las mandaron de Mexico" four year old Carlos told us as the kids waited to see one of the dullest Santa Clauses ever. "Mi tia Charo me las mando" He then raised his sweater to show off his matching belt.
